FITNESS SUITE

The Fitness suite is now kitted out all new pulse cardio machines including a new Upper Body Ergometer ('Hand Bike')and 3 new Concept 2 rowers ("Smooth") Each of the Pulse machines have a tv screen that has a choice of 4 pre chosen channels audible via headphones.

SPIN CYCLES

We now have all of the old Spin Cycles replaced with Star Track Spinners everyone can now have a good smooth runner.
